I’ve received the activation instructions by email, but it doesn’t work.

I have ordered EasyJob, received the download & Activation Key instructions by email, but they don’t work.

This is by far the most common issue and is always very easy to solve. First, some basic facts:

  • EasyJob is a downloadable resume builder program. It means that if you have NOT done it yet, you MUST download EasyJob Resume Builder here first or from any download button spread over our website to be able to, then, activate it with your Activation Key received by email from us.
  • Our Activation Key system is case sensitive, what means that you MUST enter all your activation data exactly as they were written on the confirmation message you have received from us.

We do suggest you “Copy & Paste” your “First Name“, “Last Name” and “Activation Key“ directly from the email message text you have received from us into the proper fields of the activation window of EasyJob Resume Builder. It will help you make sure that no typo or case letter mistake will happen.

If you prefer type yourself this data, please double check that you are writing your “First Name“, “Last Name” and “Activation Key“ exactly as they were written on our email message to you. It is quite common that customers make some typo mistakes when filling out the payment form, like typing their name or surname starting with lower case, etc., and enter these data in the activation window of the resume builder program without taking it into account. And for our system, John” is NOT the same of “john”.
